We keep your site updated, fast and secure, and when something goes wrong—a hack, a crash, a sudden slowdown—we find the actual cause and fix it properly. We manage our own server setup protected by Cloudflare, so we work on problems at the server level, not just inside WordPress.
Find the cause. Fix the issue. Look after what comes next.

Hacked WordPress Website Repair & Malware Removal
Deleting the obvious infected files isn't enough. A hacked site can be reinfected if the attacker has left a hidden way back in. Our process is built to look for it.

My Website Is Hacked: Get Help ↗-
01
Contain
We secure access, take a backup of the current state, and take steps to stop the damage from spreading to visitors.
-
02
Find the entry point and hidden access
We look for backdoors, web shells, rogue admin users and hidden configuration files that reload malicious code.
-
03
Clean files and database
Malicious code, spam pages and injected links are removed from both the files and the database.
-
04
Clean up Google
Spam URLs are removed from your site and set to return the appropriate status. We check Search Console for security issues and request a review where needed.
-
05
Harden
We change passwords and security keys, enable two-factor login, and configure Cloudflare firewall rules. Unneeded access routes, such as
xmlrpc.php, are restricted after checking your site's integrations. -
06
Monitor
We keep watching the site after clean-up for signs of reinfection.
Problems We've Fixed
Examples from our recent maintenance and security work. Client names withheld.
SEO spam injected into search results
Attackers had inserted thousands of Japanese spam pages into a business website. We removed the injected content, blocked the spam URLs, and worked through repeat attack attempts until they stopped.

Backdoors hidden in the website's files
Malicious files disguised as legitimate code sat in the site's root folder, giving the attacker a way back in. We found and removed them, then locked down the entry points.

A hidden file reinfecting the site on every visit
A server configuration file was forcing malicious code to load on every page request, so the site kept getting reinfected after each clean-up. Finding that persistence file was key to stopping the cycle.
- Configuration review
- Persistence removal
Servers maxing out several times a week
Repeated CPU spikes traced back to a very low Cloudflare cache
rate, bot traffic hitting error pages, attacks on
xmlrpc.php, and WordPress background tasks.
We fixed them at the source: cache rules, firewall rules
and proper cron scheduling.

AI crawlers overloading a website
A single crawler was sending tens of thousands of requests a day to pages that no longer existed. We identified it from the Cloudflare data, blocked it, and cached the affected pages at the edge.

Website Speed & Server Performance
A slow website loses visitors and enquiries, and the cause is often not what it looks like from inside WordPress.
-
01
Caching
Cloudflare and page caching set up properly, so fewer requests hit your server.
-
02
Bot and attack traffic
Unwanted traffic filtered before it consumes your site's resources.
-
03
Background tasks
WordPress cron moved to a proper server schedule, to keep background work controlled.
-
04
Server tuning
PHP and caching configuration optimised for WordPress.
-
05
Front-end fixes
Image compression, script clean-up, and fewer heavy plugins.
Why Our Maintenance Works Differently
We run the servers, not just WordPress
We host and manage client websites on our own server setup behind Cloudflare. Problems that look like “WordPress issues,” such as slowdowns, crashes and repeat hacks, can also start at the server or network level. We can investigate and fix them there.
We fix causes, not symptoms
Clearing a cache or deleting one infected file might make a problem disappear for a day. We trace it back to where it started.
We look after websites we didn't build
Most of our security work is on websites built by someone else. We start with an audit, explain what we found in plain language, and then fix it.
A local team you can reach
Our office is on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru. We support businesses across India and in Qatar over WhatsApp, calls and email.

Website Maintenance FAQs
Answers about ongoing care, recovery and what happens when your website needs attention.
01
What does website maintenance include?
Safe updates to WordPress, themes and plugins; backups; security checks; speed monitoring; testing of forms and key pages; and small content changes. The exact scope is listed in your plan.
02
How much does website maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of your website, how often it changes, whether it's an online store, and how much support you need each month. After a quick review of your site, we send a written quote.
03
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Yes. Most of our security and recovery work is on websites built by other developers. We start with an audit so we understand the site before changing anything.
04
How do I know if my website has been hacked?
Common signs include redirects to unknown sites, strange pages appearing in Google results, security warnings, unknown admin users and sudden slowdowns. These can also have other causes, so contact us for an investigation rather than assuming the site is hacked.
05
Will cleaning a hacked site delete my content?
We back up the current site before starting and aim to preserve your genuine pages, images and data while removing malicious code, files and spam pages. If the attack has already damaged content, we explain the recovery options before making changes.
06
Can a hacked website hurt my Google rankings?
Yes. Spam pages, malicious redirects and security warnings can damage your search visibility and your visitors' trust. Part of our clean-up is removing spam URLs and checking Google Search Console for security issues.
07
I already have a security plugin. Do I still need maintenance?
A security plugin helps, but its coverage depends on the tool and configuration. It doesn't replace safe updates, tested backups, performance fixes and regular checks that your forms and website still work.
08
Do you maintain websites that aren't on WordPress?
Our maintenance and security service is focused on WordPress. For other platforms, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
