Tech Webbed Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tech Webbed, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Our refund and cancellation policy has been created to provide a transparent and fair process for both parties involved. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Services

Refunds:

• Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
• Project-Based Services: Refunds for project-based services will be considered under the following conditions:
  • Project Initiation: If the project has not been started, a full refund will be issued.
  • Project In Progress: If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be determined after reviewing the project status and work completed.
  • Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once a project is completed and delivered.

Cancellations:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@techwebbed@gmail.com.
  • If a project is canceled before it has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a project is canceled after it has started, the client will be responsible for the cost of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Tech Webbed-Initiated Cancellations:
  • In rare cases, Tech Webbed may cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund for any payments made.

2. Subscriptions

Refunds:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds for monthly subscriptions will not be provided.
• Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will be considered under the following conditions:
  • If the subscription is canceled within the first 30 days, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the subscription is canceled after the first 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining months.

Cancellations:

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Clients can cancel their subscriptions at any time by contacting info@techwebbed@gmail.com.
  • Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded but will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days will receive a full refund. After 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued.
• Tech Webbed-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Tech Webbed reserves the right to cancel subscriptions due to non-compliance with our terms of service. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Additional Information

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable, as specified in the service agreement.
